This event is held every summer with the aim of fostering children's curiosity in science and manufacturing, in collaboration with companies, universities, volunteers, local governments, etc. This time, 22 organizations are providing 27 different experiments and experiences that anyone can participate in for free. New this year, Takatsu Ward Office and Takatsu Fire Station have joined to offer experiences that teach how to protect oneself during disasters, including toilet measures during emergencies, experiencing earthquake shakes with a shaking vehicle, and understanding smoke during fires. New programs that combine science with local and disaster prevention will also be introduced. ■Notes No prior reservation is required, but on the day of the event, it is necessary to obtain a numbered ticket (QR code) via smartphone at the venue.
