Takata-cho in Miyama City is one of the major firework production areas with several firework manufacturing companies gathered. The festival 'Miyama Toy Fireworks Festival' is organized by the young chiefs group of Miyama City. Fireworks are provided by the manufacturing companies in Takata-cho, offering children an enjoyable summer event where they can enjoy unlimited fireworks. The main stage features live performances and competitions for long-lasting sparklers, making it enjoyable for everyone. The mini Niagara Falls and the performance of traditional Japanese drums at the end of the festival are also a highlight!
