Biodiversity Learning Walk in the Guardian Forest at the Nankai Kumagusu Memorial Museum

Learn the charm and significance of forests
As a partnership event with the Ministry of the Environment, we are holding 'Learning Biodiversity at the Nankai Kumagusu Memorial Museum'. We will introduce the shrine associated with Kumagusu Nankai in Shirahama-cho, the guardian forests, history, and geology, while explaining the charm and significance of the forest. The lecturer will be a guide from the Nanki Kumano Geopark and academic staff of the Kumagusu Nankai Memorial Museum. Capacity is 30 people per session. Registration is required.
