29th Kawano Plum Festival

Enjoy a fun day wrapped in the fragrance of plums!

Sales of Benisashi plums and plum processed products, local specialty 'oroshi soba' (grated soba noodles), gourmet food stalls featuring fresh seafood, and a free hands-on experience with a four-legged robot for animal damage control. In addition, a harvesting experience of the specialty 'Benisashi plums' will be conducted at the plum orchard (reservation required, for elementary school students and above). The fee for the harvested plums is 500 yen per kilogram, with a limit of 10 kilograms per person. A free shuttle bus (capacity of 75 people per trip) will have the first departure at 9:00 AM, the second at 11:00 AM, and the third at 1:00 PM, with a harvesting time of about 1 hour.
