Hirado Kaido Crossing Festival
Catch fish! A gathering of Hirado's specialty products!
A highly popular festival filled with events such as fish and octopus catching, a product exhibition featuring Hirado's specialties, and a grand lottery. On May 5th, a hands-on experience cruise on the patrol boat 'Kaido' will be held (reservations required; ends when capacity is reached). A rare opportunity to board a Japan Coast Guard patrol vessel! Participants in fish and octopus catching must park at the Tadahi Park Parking Lot, Hirado Cultural Center Parking Lot, or Yauhikan High School Parking Lot, and need a shuttle bus ticket provided to those who use the shuttle bus.
