Sendai Tanabata Streamer Decoration Handmade Experience

Located in the Hapina Nakakasu Shopping Street, 'Taisho-en' is a long-established tea house founded in 1902. Craftsmanship has been a tradition, and every year, the staff create luxurious Tanabata decorations by hand, boasting numerous awards. This year, the Tanabata decoration making experience will be held. Participants will enjoy making streamers that are displayed at the Sendai Tanabata Festival together with President Sato of the store. The decorations that have traditionally been enjoyed by 'watching' will turn into something that allows participants to feel a 'sense of specialness and familiarity' by being involved in the production.
