A variety show that enlivens Ibaraki and Mito through storytelling and rakugo themed around Ibaraki. Performers include Matsubayashi Haku-chi, a top storyteller from Mito who also serves as a Mito ambassador, Kanda Ran, a top storyteller and elder sister disciple of Matsubayashi Haku-chi, Hanawachi Chie, a Tsugaru shamisen player and 2000 champion of the national competition from Hitachi City, Tachikawa Naruyuki, a rakugo performer from Omitama City, and Yanagiya Hiromaru, a rakugo performer from Hitachiota City.
