From the Ugetsu Gate of Aoishi Stone Pavement to Batsugyōji Temple, 84 refreshing wind chimes painted by the art clubs of 9 high schools in the Matsue and Yasugi areas will be hung. This year's production theme is 'Koizumi Yakumo' and 'Kaidan', expressed in only three colors: aqua blue, light green, and white. The strips of paper carry Matsue's PR and wishes for world peace. The sound of the wind chimes swaying in the breeze that occasionally passes through the street is very refreshing. Let's visit Miho Seki to see the high school students' masterpieces.
