[Cherry Blossom Viewing] Chikuma River River Park

Along the levee of the Chikuma River, about 600 double cherry blossom trees bloom gloriously over a length of 4 km. The best viewing period is from mid to late April each year. Additionally, at the foot of the Obuse Bridge, fields of rapeseed flowers bloom, and you can also see the Northern Shinshu Five Mountains in the distance. On the weekend at the end of April (April 26 (Sat), 27 (Sun), 29 (Tue, national holiday)), the 'Sun Hill Marche' will also be held, featuring local restaurants and kitchen cars.
