An exhibition of haiku poet Yokoyama Shinjirou, who contributed to the cultivation of haiku culture in Akashi from the Meiji to Showa periods. At 30, Shinjirou became a leading figure in the Kencho-ha group due to his talent in haiku. Additionally, he was skilled at drawing, leaving behind detailed sketches. Through exhibitions of Shinjirou's handwritten tanzaku and botanical sketches, as well as tanzaku by fellow poets, this exhibition introduces his achievements while tracing the seasons expressed in his haiku.
