Zentangle is a word created from zen (禅) and tangle (絡まる) and originated in the United States. It is an art course where you draw on beautiful paper called tiles with just one pen. It is said that continuously drawing lines leads to a state of no thought and has mindfulness effects. Recommended for those who want to improve mental health and concentration.
