The Tsukigata shopping street will be closed to vehicles, featuring street performances by street performers, sales of agricultural products, Tsukigata drums, and Yosakoi dance. Additionally, at the Tsukigata Rural Environment Improvement Center, there will be a performance of the Niigata City designated intangible folk cultural asset "Kakubey Lion Dance".

About 10km from the "Maki-Kitagata" IC on the Hokuriku Expressway.
From Niigata Station, take the Niigata Kotsu bus bound for "Aoyama" for about 25 minutes, then transfer to the Mikata-Tsukigata line for "Tsukigata" for about 40 minutes.
