Gujo Hachiman Fresh Green Festival

The Gujo Hachiman Fresh Green Festival will be held again this year. During the festival period, various events are planned mainly on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. There will be visits from samurai, gifts of sweets (limited to Children's Day), castle quizzes, rock-paper-scissors tournaments, and much more. There will also be a permanent display of carp streamers until May 31 (at the Gujo Honten Watanabe Dyeing Shop). Let's take a trip to Gujo Hachiman Castle, Japan's oldest wooden reconstructed castle, where the fresh greenery is beautiful.
