This is a charity walk organized by the international NGO World Vision. The average distance children in developing countries walk to fetch water is 6 kilometers per day. 'GLOBAL 6K for WATER' aims to embody the reality of these children, deliver clean water, protect lives, and bring transformation to their lives through this walking and running charity event. A portion of the participation fee supports water sanitation projects. Experience the weight of water/There will be a jerrycan challenge. Participant benefits include a special T-shirt. ■ Notes Registration period is until September 28 (Sunday)

12:00 Registration starts, 12:30 Opening ceremony (may include only race explanations), 13:00 Start of the run (6km), 14:30 Start of the walk (3km), 16:00 Event ends. Please register at least 20 minutes before the start of each category. Line up 15 minutes before the start of each category and race explanations will be provided. Schedule may change.
