Taro Okamoto wanted to create koi nobori that gracefully soar in the sky, depicting his "selfishly drawn" TARO koi. The works created in the workshop featuring TARO koi will swim against the backdrop of the Mother Tower during this limited-time Golden Week event. During the exhibition period, anyone can freely visit during opening hours.
