9th Whistle Festa 'Pakarama!' 2025
Originating in America, one of the world's leading whistle festivals
A whistle concert featuring professional and amateur whistle players. The first part is open to anyone, while the second part features performances by award winners from international competitions. Enjoy the music of 'whistle' with solo performances, group performances, and diverse accompanying instruments. It also serves as a place for a wide range of whistle players, from amateurs to professionals, to interact.
