Kōshinji Zazen Session (June)

Experience zazen in a tranquil temple surrounded by nature. In the spacious "Zen Hall" where the Monju Bosatsu is enshrined in the center, take time to reflect on yourself while listening to the chirping of birds and the sound of the wind. No prior reservation is required. Anyone can easily participate.

Note

Entry by 10 minutes before the start time (10:20). The zazen lasts about 60 minutes, followed by a discussion time with the monk. Held monthly.
