The 'Noda Festival' features floats from three companies (Kamigumi, Nakagumi, and Shugumi) and regional mikoshi parades, along with various events including Yosakoi Soran dances and stage performances. Stalls line the roads around the grand torii gate, and the climax includes a spectacular fireworks display that lights up the night sky from the seaside.
