Sakura Peak at Jida Park

The cherry blossoms are in full bloom on the water!
Jida Park is centered around the Jida Shrine and two ponds known as 'Otaki' and 'Metaki'. Approximately 300 cherry trees, including Shidarezakura and Someiyoshino, are planted around the ponds, typically reaching peak bloom around mid-April. The area around the two ponds in front of the Jida Shrine is adorned with 300 Yoshino cherry trees, and the reflections of the blossoms on the water are also captivating. During the peak bloom, the 'Cherry Blossom Festival' is held each year, featuring lanterns for night cherry blossom viewing.
