At the Hiroshima Prefectural Animal Welfare Center, dogs are provided free of charge to those who can raise them with love and responsibility until the end of their lives. Before adoption, attending a free pre-adoption lecture to acquire the necessary knowledge for proper dog care is mandatory. To provide more opportunities to learn about proper animal care, those who "are not planning to adopt a dog right away but want to learn" and "those who already own a dog" are also welcome to attend.
