Elegant cherry blossoms blending into the scenery of mountains and rice fields
The 1.5 kilometers approach from National Route 368 to the Sanmon gate of Jinpukuin is a famous spot for mountain cherry blossoms, also sung in traditional folk songs. The cherry blossom avenue has been designated as a national scenic spot and selected as one of Japan's top 100 cherry blossom sites. Come and see the scenery of ancient cherry trees lining the path and the beautiful reflection of cherry blossoms in the terraced rice fields.
