Sake to Heben (Kamaboko) in Nihonbashi Toyama-kan

In the Toyama dialect, kamaboko is called 'haben.' Local fish from Toyama is minced in-house, and with a commitment to additive-free traditional methods for over 80 years, President Aso of Toyama Nerumono Corporation will explain the skills and flavors of 'haben' that bring out the original umami of the fish, along with Toyama's local sake and snacks.
