This seminar discusses simple dietary adjustments based on intestinal health and self-care using aromas to balance the mind and body. It aims to provide an opportunity to rethink the health of oneself and family. Led by teacher Mari Yamazaki, who offers proposals for intestinal health and food education to lighten the hearts of mothers troubled by daily meals and childcare. On August 8th (Friday), there will be a 'Parent-child Intestinal Health' seminar and a summer vacation project for children to create aromatic slime.
