The first Spring Takizawa Traditional Performing Arts Festival. In addition to showcasing traditional performing arts from Takizawa City, guests will include the 'Goyama Ryukouchu Shika Odori' from Kitakami City and the folk song singer 'Yui Fujioka' from Takizawa City. A lottery with mochi throwing will take place at noon, and winners will receive products from Takizawa. This event will be held in conjunction with the Grand Festival of 'Oniyoshida Aozora Shrine.'
