Let's dissect fish and search for parasites!
In fact, many parasites are surprisingly found in fish... But don't worry. Most of them do not harm humans. Anisakis, Uonoe, and flukes... Once you see what they look like and understand their true nature, you'll realize there's no need to be unnecessarily afraid. On the day, we will actually dissect fresh fish. What kind of parasites will appear depends on the supply. The parasites we find will be explained on the spot by parasitologist Waki Tsukasa. Questions are welcome at any time.
