About 20 minutes from the 'Kuki' IC on the Tohoku Expressway to the West Gate TIMES parking lot.

Approximately 10 minutes on foot from the west exit of 'Tobu Zoo' station on the Tobu Skytree Line.

Note: Event days are Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. Penguin dinner time is from 15:40, elephant dinner time is from 17:00, and white tiger dinner time is from 17:30 (advance WEB reservation for participation ticket is required). Note: Bear dinner time is from 16:00, only held on Sundays.

Fee: 500 yen per group, plus an entrance fee is required (Entrance fee: Adults 1,900 yen, Junior and Senior High School Students 1,600 yen, Children 900 yen, 60 years and over 1,200 yen)
parking: Regular car 1,000 yen on weekdays and 1,500 yen on weekends and public holidays (West Gate TIMES parking lot)
