Let's Try Using Children's Needs Cards! – Dialogue Connecting Children and Myself – Daily Edition: For Adults

The children's needs cards consist of two types: 'Emotion Cards' that express feelings and 'Needs Cards' that express wishes. By using these cards to listen to children, it becomes easier to listen empathetically without adding evaluations or analyses to their stories, and children can more easily become aware of their own emotions and important wishes (needs). These cards can be used not only by children but also by adults. This program is a workshop on how to use these cards for adults.
