Learn Japanese Buddhism from Scratch 2025 in Sendai (April)

A course for "beginner Buddhists" that explains the basic teachings of each sect of Japanese Buddhism along with the life of their founders. On April 22, the focus will be on the "Tendai sect." "I want to study at least the basics of my family's sect," or "I'm interested in temples and statues, but I don't really understand Japanese Buddhism." If you want to learn from scratch about Japanese Buddhism, which is familiar yet often misunderstood, consider this course. It is a foundational course aimed at beginners that explains the basic teachings of each sect.
