Let’s Use the Children's Needs Cards! – A Conversation Connecting Children and Me – Daily Edition: For Adults

The Children's Needs Cards consist of two types: "emotion cards" that express feelings and "needs cards" that express wishes. Using these cards, when listening to children's stories, it becomes easier to listen empathetically without adding evaluation or analysis, and children can become more aware of their own feelings and important wishes (needs). It can be used not only by children but also by adults. This program is a workshop on how to use the cards for adults. Those who are interested or want tips on how to use them are encouraged to participate.
