Reiwa Year 7 Kawabata Charyo

In Shimonoseki City and Kawabata Onsen, we have the event "Kawabata Charyo," where you can enjoy walking around the town and tea. Kawabata Onsen, developed and loved by the first lord of the Choshu domain, Lord Mouri Hidemoto, who was adept at diplomacy as a tea master. While reflecting on history, enjoy the rich nature represented by the tea room of Kawabata. We will hold a tea ceremony with two bowls of thin tea, accompanied by light meals from a vegetable sommelier and a history lecture, and a walking event where you can casually enjoy Kawabata Onsen and matcha sweets simultaneously.
