Let’s move our bodies with radio exercises and refresh our minds and bodies, then sing together! We’ll sing a variety of songs, from nostalgic melodies to seasonal tunes. Adding simple choreography, let’s free our hearts and bodies! The sense of unity created through singing deepens our connections with others and adds enrichment to our daily lives. Free drinks include BROOK'S coffee and tea, among others. Let’s enjoy a relaxing time together while sipping coffee. There’s also a great plan with a choose-your-lunch option!
