New National Theatre Play "The Humans"

A hit work by Stephen Karam that has been performed on Broadway, won numerous awards including the Tony Award and the Obie Award, and has been adapted into a film, is making its long-awaited Japanese premiere. Set in a dilapidated apartment in Manhattan, the story unfolds over one night as a family gathers to celebrate Thanksgiving, revealing anxieties about poverty, aging, illness, loss of love, and conflicts surrounding religion. ■ Notes Please note that the cast and other details may change due to unavoidable circumstances.
