Minato Maizuru Chatta Fireworks Festival 2025

Named after the local dialect of Maizuru, 'chatta (～sareta)', this summer festival has been renewed from the 'Minato Maizuru Chatta Festival' held over 2 days two years ago to focus specifically on the fireworks event as a sustainable summer event. It has been decided to alternate the festival each year between the eastern and western districts. This year, the fireworks festival will be held at the western district coastline. Food vendors (such as food trucks) are also expected to be present at the venue.
