I want to be a good mother, but the reality doesn't allow it. Everyone else seems to be doing it. I feel like a bad mother. Are you raising your children while holding such feelings? This course is for mothers who are struggling with parenting, thinking they need to work harder for their children. The first half consists of lectures and discussions based on participants' parenting stories. The second half is a self-care workshop where we create bouquets for ourselves.
