Zazen is recommended for relieving stress and worries. Held in summer in Kagurazaka, Tokyo. You can learn the secrets of zazen that you cannot learn in a temple (what to do in your mind?). There will be a homey discussion session to answer everyone's questions and concerns. The host is Ryushun Kusanagi, author of "Practicing Non-Reaction" and "Techniques of Anger."
