5th Anniversary of Tsu City Hisaikalu Plaza - Bijutune! Concert in Tsu City

We will hold a concert by Ryo Inoue, popular from NHK E-Tele's 'Bijutune!', which introduces the world's 'art' through song and anime! This will be the first time in Mie Prefecture.
