Okawahara Plateau is a mecca for hill climbs in Tokushima Prefecture and is regarded as a gateway for Tokushima's cyclists, featuring a prestigious cycling course. The competition format is a time trial, with participants entering the course one by one at 10-second intervals. The difference between the start time and finish time is calculated, and rankings are determined by category. The application period is from May 30, 2025 (Friday) to August 31, 2025 (Sunday). The limit is 350 participants (first come, first served).
