Rice Harvesting Team - Rice Harvesting Experience

Let's experience the rice harvesting of the sake rice 'Gohyakumangoku' used for 'Sashiba no Sato Kaeri Junmai Ginjo'! This rice harvesting event is held with the desire for many people to know about the town's specialty products and to get involved. Participants will learn how to harvest rice the old-fashioned way using a sickle from local farmers. Children will be thrilled chasing grasshoppers! The harvested sake rice will be turned into 'Sashiba no Sato Kaeri Junmai Ginjo', set to be released next year, with the cooperation of the local sake brewery 'Sohomaze Shuzo Co., Ltd.' ■Notes For more details, please refer to the website.
