Fun Yoga Training Class to Make Mountain Climbing Enjoyable (June)

Let's build the stamina to climb without getting tired and have fun!
The most important thing in mountain climbing is to walk happily and descend safely. Let's incorporate yoga poses to develop the 'muscle strength', 'endurance', and 'balance' needed for stable mountain walking. Most participants are beginners to intermediate, and even those new to yoga can move their bodies joyfully and relax, which is well-received. It is a small class size, allowing for careful instruction from the basics, so it's reassuring. It's also recommended for those who have few opportunities to play sports or feel a lack of exercise. *Reservation required ■Notes Participation is not allowed for those under 18.
