The very popular health workshop 'Morning Yoga for Health Refresh' is now in its 8th session. In response to everyone's requests, we will hold a continuous course for the first time. Let's stretch our bodies comfortably over the four lessons. The application period is from February 1 (Sat) to March 14 (Fri) by mail.
