Shizuoka's sake is attractive for its excellent balance of aroma and flavor, providing a quality taste that allows you to indulge in a pleasant aftertaste. The guest sake brewer for the day will be Mr. Yachi Doi, president of Doi Sake Brewery (representative brand "Kaiun"). He will talk about the present and future of sake brewing.
