"[Cherry Blossoms - Best Viewing] Senkoji Park"

"If you visit Onomichi, be sure to check out 'Senkoji Park.' In spring, the cherry blossoms selected as one of the 'Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots' turn the park pink. In 2022, a new observation deck was renovated at the summit, and the ruins of the old Onomichi Castle opened as a viewpoint, making it a spotlight for enjoying spectacular views of Onomichi. Below, you can see the streets along the Onomichi Strait, which have been designated as a Japanese Heritage site, and the beautiful archipelago created by the islands of the Shimanami Kaido. On clear days, you can even see the Shikoku Mountain Range."
