Are there employees in your company who have been emotionally blamed or have experienced trauma? What if a subordinate was facing harassment from a client? If a new employee is assigned among veterans and education is left to the field under the guise of OJT, inadequate training may lead to the new employee suffering from mental health issues, and when you hurriedly try to have a meeting, they show up with a mental health diagnosis...
