Yuzu no Ki Garden Yoga (Chair Yoga) (September)
Chair yoga that anyone can enjoy while looking at the lovely garden
The "Egao Matsuri" in Kohoku, Yokohama, was the starting point for hosting "Garden Yoga" on the third Thursday of every month in the beautiful garden of the community cafe "Yuzu no Ki." This yoga session can be done while sitting in a chair, making it accessible for those with knee concerns. After yoga, participants can relax and enjoy tea time. An online lesson using Zoom is also held simultaneously.
