Live as yourself
The 2025 co-hosted public lecture will be held with the theme "Live as yourself", continuing from last year. Learning experiences in fall prevention and health exercises, as well as methods of universal design in media, will connect each individual's "live as yourself" regardless of age. Dress code for the day: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for light exercise on tatami mats. *People who are unwell on the day cannot participate. ■Notes In case of unavoidable circumstances leading to cancellation, an announcement will be made a few days before the event date on the Shukutoku University homepage.
