Yoshida Town Summer Festival
The first summer festival in Ehime Prefecture
The festival is held as the first of the summer festivals in the prefecture. This year, in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the merger of Uwajima City, a mini train for kids will be operated at the Yoshida Community Center Large Hall. At Yokobori Kawahara, a portable shrine will run in response to the Gojinya Taiko, and a battle for the sacred amulets will take place. The finale is scheduled to feature a fireworks display.
