Summer Wagashi Making: Water Yokan and Sunflower

Welcoming beginners to the Wagashi class
Perfect for summer. Create a refreshing sweet water yokan and seasonal flower sunflower nerikiri. (Middle school students must be accompanied by a guardian). The instructor is Kaori Ubashima from the Chiba Traditional Local Cuisine Research Association.
