Summer Vacation Project 'Introduction to Mushakoji Saneatsu'

An exhibition aimed at those learning about Mushakoji Saneatsu for the first time.
Saneatsu had three main pillars of work. The first was his work as a writer, the second as a painter, and the third related to 'Shinshiki Mura'. What kind of person was Saneatsu, what works did he create over his 90-year life, and what activities did he engage in? This will be introduced in an easy-to-understand manner for elementary and junior high school students and those learning about Saneatsu for the first time. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Chofu City. Saneatsu moved to the area of Sengawa (now Mushakoji Park) in 1955, the same year the city was founded. There will also be a corner featuring scenes from that time.
