Specimen Night

A grand reveal of the specimens owned by Umigatari!
We will hold a special night opening event focusing on the 'specimens' of living things, called 'Specimen Night.' Visitors can see specimens that are usually not on display throughout the museum while listening to explanations from the staff. In the specimen-making demonstration area, a part of the specimen-making process can be observed. Additionally, in collaboration with the Joetsu Science Museum, we will host a talk event regarding the roles and methods of specimen creation.
