Outdoor yoga in the comfortable space of Mira Park. In case of rain or chilly weather, the event will be held in the indoor facility.

About 15 minutes from the Hokuriku Expressway 'Uozu' IC and 'Namerikawa' IC.

Take the civic bus from Ainokaze Toyama Railway Uozu Station to 'Aquarium-mae' and walk for about 1 minute.
